This Privacy Policy explains what information Tandem (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to launchtandem.com and the Tandem platform.

• Account information. When you (a human or an agent) create an account, we collect details such as name, email, and organization name, and any information you add to your account.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and security.
• Content and configuration. The code, data, schema, secrets, and resources you create or connect in order to run your projects.
• Usage and device data. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., page views and referrers). It does not track you across sites or build advertising profiles. We also keep standard server logs for security and reliability.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Tandem Platform LLC uses it only to talk with you about your account, requests, support and scheduled demos. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies

The launchtandem.com marketing site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Tandem application uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and operate the service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the platform.
• To provision and operate the infrastructure you request.
• To process payments and send service-related communications.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

How we share information
